Solution container in the dock
Pour Mama102 into the dock solution container.
This robot has a separate cleaning-solution container in the dock and doses it into the water automatically. Pour Mama102 undiluted into this container, in place of the manufacturer’s liquid. The Mama102 label gives a dose for the robot tank (10 ml per 200 ml of water); it gives no dose for the dock container — the robot doses automatically. The robot manufacturer recommends its own liquid in the manual.
MAMA MARGARET TIP · DOCK SOLUTION CONTAINER
Pour the liquid undiluted into the dock solution container. The dock doses it into the water automatically.
The label gives a dose for the robot tank (10 ml per 200 ml of water); it gives no dose for the dock container — the robot doses automatically. The robot manufacturer recommends its own liquid in the manual. If you notice foam in the dock or streaks, stop and write to us.
We will show the first reports and test result here, separately from the label dose.
Robot tank
Pour into the water tank in the robot.
Add 10 ml of Mama102 to 200 ml of water in the robot’s tank. Measure in millilitres — excessive detergent may cause streaks.
DOSE FROM THE LABEL · ROBOT TANK
Add 10 ml of liquid to 200 ml of water in the robot’s tank. Excessive detergent may cause streaks.
This dose from the label applies to the tank in the robot. The label gives no dose for the dock water tank or the dock solution container — find our tips alongside your robot.
MAMA MARGARET TIP
Is your tank smaller than 200 ml? Keep the same proportion: 5 ml of liquid per 100 ml of water.
We will show the first reports and test result here, separately from the label dose.
Water in the dock
Pour into the dock’s clean-water tank.
For every 200 ml of water in the dock tank, add 10 ml of Mama102 — 50 ml per 1 litre of water. This is the same proportion as on the label, which gives it for the tank in the robot. The dock will pass the water with the liquid to the robot. Excessive detergent may cause streaks. If the dock does have a separate solution container, pour Mama102 into it undiluted, rather than into the water. The robot manufacturer recommends its own liquid in the manual.
MAMA MARGARET TIP · DOCK WATER TANK
For every 200 ml of water in the dock tank, add 10 ml of liquid — 50 ml per 1 litre of water.
The label gives 10 ml per 200 ml of water for the tank in the robot; it gives no dose for the dock tank. This Mama Margaret tip uses the same proportion. Excessive detergent may cause streaks.
We will show the first reports and test result here, separately from the label dose.
Permanent water connection
Pour into the dock solution container, not into the water connection.
You will see the cleaning-solution container when you open the dock lid. Pour Mama102 undiluted into this container — the dock doses automatically. The robot manufacturer recommends its own liquid in the manual. Do not pour liquid into the water connection: clean mains water flows through it. If you cannot see a solution container, do not add liquid and write to us.

Identify by sight
Open the dock lid and look inside.
Each of the three setups has a simple answer:
- A small container with a liquid symbol next to the water tanks — pour Mama102 into it undiluted; the dock doses automatically. The robot manufacturer recommends its own liquid in the manual.
- Two large tanks (clean and dirty water), without a solution container — add 10 ml of Mama102 for every 200 ml of water in the clean-water tank.
- A dock without water or just a charger — if the robot has a water tank, add 10 ml of Mama102 to 200 ml of water in the robot’s tank. Is your tank smaller than 200 ml? Keep the same proportion: 5 ml of liquid per 100 ml of water (Mama Margaret tip).
This dose from the label applies to the tank in the robot (10 ml per 200 ml of water). The label gives no dose for the dock water tank or dock solution container — these are Mama Margaret tips.
