Your data

Privacy and cookies

This is a translation of the Polish version of this policy. It gives you the same information. Your rights under the GDPR do not depend on the language version.

You can read the website without an account. This policy describes data from private reports and website security. Reports are not published.

The controller is MM ECO-TRADE sp. z o.o., ul. Trzmiela 2, 60-185 Skórzewo, Poland, KRS 0000824896, NIP 7773357825. For data matters, write to support@mama-margaret.com, with “personal data” in the subject line, or send a letter to the controller’s address.

What data we process

Private report or complaint

We process the email address provided, the description of the problem and the information you give us about the purchase, product, batch, robot, floor and method of use. We need it to reply, handle complaints and ensure product safety. The basis is performance of a contract or steps at your request and a legal obligation (Article 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR).

We keep case data for 6 years after the case ends, for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. The period runs from closure of the case, rather than submission of the form.

Report of contact with eyes or skin

Give health information only in the part of the report intended for it, after providing separate, explicit consent. It is used to handle the product safety report and to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. The basis is Article 9(2)(a) and (f) GDPR.

You can withdraw consent by writing to the address above. This does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing. Withdrawing consent does not remove documentation we must keep in connection with the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. We keep case data for 6 years after the case ends.

Website security

Technical request data is used to operate the website and protect it against bots and abuse. The basis is our legitimate interest: website security (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). We do not store plain IP addresses in the reports database. Keys used to limit abuse are short-lived.

Who has access

Authorised people who handle cases at Mama Margaret have access to reports. We may disclose data to public authorities if required by law.

Website infrastructure, the database, Turnstile bot protection and notifications to support (case number only) are provided by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, USA, as a processor under a data processing agreement. The reports database has European Union jurisdiction. Cloudflare may process some technical data outside the European Economic Area under standard contractual clauses or the Data Privacy Framework. List of cooperating entities: Cloudflare — subprocessors.

The email provider used by support to reply to reports processes data as a processor under a data processing agreement. For this purpose, it receives the email address and correspondence necessary to handle the case.

How we protect reports

The connection to the website is encrypted. We store saved report content, including the email address, in encrypted form. A hash of the email address with a secret key is also used to find cases by email address. We do not provide public access to read reports.

We do not sell data or make decisions about you based solely on automated processing that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.

Your rights

You can request access to and a copy of your data, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing and, where provided by law, data portability. You can withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier processing.

You have the right to object, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to processing based on our legitimate interest. We then stop processing unless we demonstrate compelling overriding grounds or the need to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

We reply to requests within one month. If necessary, we may extend the period by two months and will inform you. You can lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO) or the supervisory authority in your country of residence.

Providing data is voluntary. Without contact details, we may be unable to reply to a report. You do not need to provide them to read the website. Do not send other people’s personal data.

Cookies and form protection

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. When available, the form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks the request to limit abuse. Mechanisms necessary to deliver the requested service are used solely for its operation and security.
